For high-value or logistically complex collections, Coin Photography Studio offers a professional on-location photography service, available anywhere in North America. Ideal for clients who prefer not to ship their coins, this service brings the studio directly to you.

How it Works:

• The photo sessions take place in a secure, private hotel suite (provided by the client) or another location designated by the client that is suitable for professional photography.

• You (or your designated representative) will transport only the coins needed for that day’s shoot and will take them with you at the end of each day.

• For security, no coins will be stored or left unattended overnight.

• You or your representative will remain in the studio throughout the shoot to supervise access and maintain full control of the collection.

• All photography is completed using professional-grade equipment and studio lighting brought on-site.

• Final image editing and file delivery will be completed at our home studio after the session.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide a suitable location for photography (workspace size subject to project requirements, desk, chair and table, controlled lighting, and controlled access).

• Arrange and cover the cost of flights and transportation for the photographer.

• Provide reasonable overnight accommodation for the duration of the shoot.

Additional Notes:

• This service is ideal for museum collections, high-value dealers, estate appraisals, and private collectors with extensive or sensitive holdings.

• Travel schedules should be arranged at least 30 days in advance.
